Stephen is a seasoned Financial Director with over 30 years’ experience across tech, healthcare, retail and manufacturing industries. Starting his career in Chartered Accountancy, he trained with the Entrepreneurs' Organisation, building expertise in financial analysis, strategy and leadership.

Jess is a former Australian Army Multimedia Technician with 14 years of service. She has since built a career in UX and product design, working with the Australian Government before joining WithYouWithMe. Passionate about user-centric innovation, she now leads Greenbeam’s product team, ensuring technology drives meaningful impact.

Michela is an HR leader and registered Psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience guiding talent management and development for leading global organisations including Canon, McDonalds, Korn Ferry, Cochlear and QBE Insurance. With a Masters of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, Michela has dedicated her career to helping businesses deeply understand their people’s needs and motivations, enabling them to thrive in the workplace.

Kate Stewart is an organisational development strategy leader with a proven track record executing complex people-based programs that drive business growth, expand organisational capability and enhance employee experience at some of Australia's biggest brands including IHG, Telstra and NBN. Kate is passionate about the intersection of HR, technology and innovation to enable the future of work and the development of critical and diverse talent.

Edweena Stratton is a highly skilled HR executive with more than two decades' experience operating across international markets in the technology, retail and consumer industries. She has held leadership roles with some of the world's biggest brands including Palo Alto Networks, Culture Amp, Salesforce, Oracle, Krispy Kreme and Starbucks. Edweena's passion lies in delivering innovative and pragmatic business outcomes whilst creating environments where people thrive.

Laura joined the Royal Navy as a weapon engineer officer in 1989. Her career has spanned operational roles across the globe; equipment capability procurement; defence strategy and policy; before moving into transformation and strategic HR in the last portion of her career. Most recently (until March 2022) she was Assistant Chief of Defence Staff Personnel Capability and Defence Services Secretary, where responsibilities included: strategic HR policy for 150K service women and men across the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force; HR Transformation; skills and senior military talent management.
