Our vision is a world where human capability is never underestimated.

Who is Greenbeam?

Evidence for better capability decisions

Greenbeam is a workforce intelligence platform that helps organisations replace assumption with evidence when making decisions about capability.

We provide a practical system for defining what capability is required, understanding what exists today, and validating it to an assurance level that reflects organisational risk. This creates clear, decision-grade visibility across development, mobility, hiring, and work design—so investment is focused where it delivers the greatest impact.

Greenbeam gives leaders confidence that capability decisions are grounded in evidence, not inference.

Our history

Why we built Greenbeam

Greenbeam is the focused evolution of a capability platform that has been built, tested, and refined over more than a decade.

The work began inside WithYouWithMe, where we partnered with large, complex organisations to solve a persistent problem: critical capability decisions were being made with confidence, but without evidence. Despite good intent, leaders relied on intuition, surveys, or incomplete signals—because rigorous capability measurement was assumed to be too slow, too complex, or too expensive to use in practice.

Through continuous R&D and deep customer co-design, we proved that assumption wrong.

Since the platform’s first release in 2019, the underlying technology, IP, and methodology have been steadily enhanced to support clear, auditable, decision-grade capability insights at organisational scale. As the platform matured, it became clear that the SaaS business and the talent services arm required different models, narratives, and markets.

Greenbeam was created to allow the platform to stand on its own—as a product-led SaaS business with sharper positioning, clearer purpose, and full focus on capability as organisational infrastructure.

Today, Greenbeam supports organisations to define what “good” looks like, understand their true capability position, and translate gaps into confident, prioritised action—turning visibility into better decisions for both organisations and their people.

What makes us different?

Quite a bit actually

We define what “good” looks like

We start by clearly defining the outcomes and level of responsibility required for work to be done well.

This replaces vague role descriptions or skills clouds with explicit, outcome-based capability requirements that can be measured and validated.
Visibility creates clarity.

We make capability evidence-based

Instead of surveys or subjective judgement, we support structured self and manager validation, backed by evidence to an assurance level that matches organisational risk.

Capability becomes clear, auditable, and trusted—fast.
Visibility creates trust.

We turn insight into action

We don’t stop at measurement.
Greenbeam translates capability gaps into prioritised decisions across development, mobility, hiring, redeployment, and work design—so investment is focused where it delivers the greatest return.
Visibility enables better decisions.

We apply the right level of assurance

Not every decision needs the same depth of evidence. Greenbeam allows organisations to apply more or less assurance depending on impact, avoiding both guesswork and unnecessary overhead.
Visibility creates confidence.

We improve capability through real work

Capability improves through meaningful work, not abstract training. Greenbeam connects development to real tasks and outcomes - as well as formal learning- so capability increases without adding unnecessary investment or administrative burden.
Visibility strengthens capability.

  • Fierce green quote marks
"When you come into a new team, you’re trying to work things out fast. What Greenbeam gave me was a much clearer picture of the capability we needed, the capability we already had, and where the real opportunities were. That helped me make better decisions about when to hire, how to move people around internally, and where focused development would help us deliver the strategy."
